FROM START TO FINISH

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Errol’s representative will review the proposed Project Site, incorporate your ideas with ours and provide detailed recommendations. The representative will then take photos, create an on site sketch with necessary dimensions & elevations and assess soil conditions. At this time a copy of your survey will be requested so we may evaluate setbacks, easements, etc.

SECOND APPOINTMENT

After the initial consultation, Errol’s will design & develop a Conceptual Design, 2D, or Architectural Renderings, depending on the details of the project. At that time all specifications of the project will be discussed in detail to include design, Landscape & Hardscape materials, elevations and sizes. Any questions or concerns you may have will be addressed and a proposal/cost estimate will be provided.

FINAL PHASE

Contract will be finalized and executed by both parties. The detailed plans provided along with your survey will be submitted to Township for the necessary permit requirements. Once approved, we will schedule your project's installation to include scheduling all necessary Trades such as Electricians, Plumbers & Irrigation Companies.
